5 Bounty Union Parishad Complex 3 (three) storey building is situated at Routhat Bazar, about 5 kilometers north of Kasba upazila headquarters. The present building of this union was constructed in the year 2006-2007 fiscal year, but the building is very risky because the building is very poor. At present, the building is in a very uncomfortable condition, although the magnitude of the earthquake is likely to collapse at any time. So now the Union Parishad Complex building must be rebuilt.
